Jane Graydon is an executive coach and former senior corporate leader who helps law firm partners, in-house counsel, and other leaders deepen client trust and lead with clarity in high-stakes, fast-moving environments. She is known for creating trusted coaching partnerships where leaders can surface the “undiscussables,” sharpen judgment, and build the relationships that drive a healthy, sustainable practice.

Jane brings deep credibility from executive roles, including serving as Chief Privacy Officer, where she worked closely with legal, compliance, risk, and technology leaders to build privacy culture, governance, and practical decision-making frameworks. That experience translates directly to helping attorneys navigate stakeholder complexity, reputational risk, and the human dynamics that shape client confidence.

She has also led at scale as a Senior Vice President with P&L responsibility, accountable for large, distributed operations and major change, including integrating competitors. Jane has taught Leadership at the master’s level and led Human Resources for an organization recognized with the #1 Best Employer award nationally for three years. As a coach, she brings an operator’s lens, simplifying priorities, strengthening strategic relationships, and translating intentions into visible actions that move matters, opportunities, and teams forward.
