Kylee is the Director of Client Success at PipelinePlus, where she ensures our clients achieve clear, measurable outcomes from every engagement.
She leads the firm’s client success strategy end-to-end, overseeing onboarding, engagement, product adoption, and long-term partnerships. Kylee works closely with law firm leaders and professional services teams to translate PipelinePlus programs into sustained business impact. She guides executive-level conversations around progress, value, and next steps to ensure alignment and forward momentum.
With more than 15 years of experience across recruiting, consultative sales, client success, and operational advisory work, Kylee brings a practical, people-centered approach to growth. She is known for her clarity, strong instincts, and ability to build trusted relationships that support long-term success.
Outside of work, Kylee and her husband are raising two young children on a small homestead surrounded by animals, both permanent and fostered. When she is not balancing client strategy or family life, she enjoys reading, gardening, and finding calm in the rhythms of the outdoors.
