Known for his obsession with efficiency and process optimization, Mike is dedicated to designing workflows that make life easier for his colleagues and elevate the client experience.
Before joining PipelinePlus, Mike held operations-focused roles in consulting, publishing, and financial services. Though the path was unconventional, including a short stint in the Navy and a successful pivot into mortgage banking, operations quickly emerged as his professional passion. He initially joined PipelinePlus as Operations Manager and has since grown into a key leadership role.
Mike brings a leadership style rooted in empathy, accountability, and trust.
