Rebecca
Nassi, JD, MA

Co-Founder & Senior Advisor

Rebecca Nassi empowers executives, entrepreneurs, and high-achieving professionals to navigate obstacles and drive meaningful, lasting change in their careers and lives. Her clients span a wide range of industries—from creative executives to hedge fund leaders to partners at major professional services firms like Armanino and Fenwick.

At the heart of Rebecca’s coaching is a process of deep, focused inquiry. She helps clients clarify what they truly want to achieve, why those goals matter now, and what internal barriers—like fear or self-doubt—might be standing in the way. This thoughtful foundation creates the conditions for real transformation, empowering clients to pursue their aspirations with intention rather than simply reacting to external pressures.

Her work is informed by a unique combination of experiences as a former practicing attorney, entrepreneur, and service provider. It’s further grounded in a Master’s in Psychology, a coaching certification, and ongoing research in wellness and neuroscience.

Rebecca played an instrumental role in the creation of the best-selling book The Short List: How to Drive Business Development by Focusing on the People Who Matter Most, which was a  Gold winner of the 2025 Non-Fiction Book Awards. The book articulates the foundational methodology that underpins PipelinePlus’ proprietary software and business development systems.

Outside of her coaching and business leadership roles, Rebecca is deeply committed to community service and social impact. She has contributed to nonprofit initiatives throughout Los Angeles and worked with war-affected youth in Northern Uganda—a journey documented in the award-winning film After Kony: Staging Hope (available on Amazon Prime).

When she’s not coaching or diving into the latest neuroscience findings, you’ll find her enjoying a matcha latte, a great novel (especially in the fantasy and magical realism genre), or a BBC drama. She’s also a devoted meditation practitioner, avid hiker by the ocean, and enthusiastic dog-lover.

Get to Know Rebecca

  • I don’t hand out cookie-cutter solutions. Instead, I help you uncover your competing intentions—those hidden priorities or internal conflicts that can quietly derail your progress. By bringing them into focus, we align your actions with what truly matters, creating a clear path for intentional, lasting growth. It’s about working smarter, not harder, to build relationships that move the needle.

  • Early on, I leaned on structured frameworks and metrics—great for clarity, but not always enough. Now, I blend data-driven strategy with instinct, paying close attention to timing, tone, and context. This holistic approach lets me meet you where you are, adapting in real-time to guide you with both precision and empathy. It’s strategic, but it’s also deeply human.

  • I coach a diverse crew—lawyers, consultants, hedge fund leaders, creative executives, and more. Whether you’re a partner at a professional services firm or an entrepreneur charting your own path, I help you clarify your goals, identify internal barriers like self-doubt, and build a BD plan that leverages your strengths. My focus is on creating strategies that deepen relationships and expand opportunities in a way that feels authentic to you.

  • Success is when you gain clarity on what you want, why it matters, and what’s been holding you back. We’ll craft a proactive BD plan that fits your style, whether it’s strengthening client ties, pitching prospects with confidence, or building a referral network. The real win is seeing you take action—rooted in intention, not reaction—and watching those actions turn into measurable growth.

  • I love creating a space where you can be honest, challenged, and empowered to grow. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone see past their obstacles and unlock their potential. My work on The Short List and PipelinePlus’ systems comes from this same drive: helping professionals like you focus on the relationships that matter most and turn them into opportunities with purpose.

  • My commitment to community service—like working with war-affected youth in Northern Uganda, featured in the award-winning film After Kony: Staging Hope—grounds me in empathy and resilience. My meditation practice keeps me centered, while hiking by the ocean or curling up with a fantasy novel (or a BBC drama) recharges my creativity. And yes, my dog’s boundless enthusiasm reminds me to bring joy and curiosity to every session.
