Meet Jane
Work with Jane and you will quickly notice the level of trust she creates in a room. She has a way of helping leaders slow down, think clearly, and have the conversations that are often left unsaid but matter most. With a background as both an executive and a coach, she understands what it takes to lead in high-stakes environments where decisions carry real weight.
As a Senior Advisor at PipelinePlus, Jane works with law firm partners, in-house counsel, and senior leaders to strengthen client relationships, sharpen judgment, and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics. Her experience as a Chief Privacy Officer and senior corporate leader gives her a practical understanding of risk, governance, and the human side of decision-making. She brings that perspective into every coaching engagement.

Her career spans executive leadership, large-scale operations, and organizational transformation. She has led teams with full P&L responsibility, guided major integrations, and taught leadership at the graduate level. As a coach, she combines that operator experience with evidence-based methods to help leaders translate intention into action.
Above all, Jane creates a space where leaders can think more clearly and act with greater confidence. She is focused on helping clients build habits and relationships that hold up under pressure and support long-term success.
